Reset password

The best replacement password is one you do not need to memorize because it lives in a secure password manager. Length matters more than clever substitutions, and uniqueness matters more than familiarity. If the same password appears on another service, replace it here with something new.

A strong password reduces the risk that someone gains access to QR codes already printed in the field. When a workspace controls live redirects or customer-facing materials, compromised access can create real operational problems, so it is worth taking the reset seriously.

Reset links can expire, and a newer request may invalidate an older one. If you requested multiple emails, complete the process using the latest link that arrived. That reduces the chance of running into an expired token or accidentally applying the wrong sequence of steps.

If the link no longer works, go back to the password recovery page and request a fresh email instead of retrying the same broken URL repeatedly. That is faster than troubleshooting a token that has already timed out or been replaced.

Once the password is updated, sign in and confirm that your key QR codes, folders, and recent work are where you expect them to be. If you share responsibility for campaigns with other team members, it is a good moment to review which assets are currently active and who has access to the workspace.

You should also update the stored password anywhere you keep secure credentials. A reset only helps if the new password becomes the version you actually use moving forward.
